Accessibility statement: the waitlist page
Last updated: 11 October 2026
The level
- The standard: built to Israeli Standard 5568 part 1 (2023), level AA, which is based on WCAG 2.0.
- Also checked: against WCAG 2.1 AA.
- What it covers: the Hebrew and English home pages, the sign-up form, the confirmation pages, the privacy policy, this statement and the leave-the-list page.
What we did
- Everything works with a keyboard:
- A "skip to content" link opens every page.
- A clear outline marks whatever has focus.
- The form:
- Every field has a label.
- Required fields are marked as required for screen readers too.
- The email field supports autofill.
- The page works without JavaScript.
- Language and direction: Hebrew right to left, English left to right. The language switch link is marked in its own language.
- Contrast: meets the standard.
How it was checked
- Automatically: axe-core against WCAG 2.0 and 2.1, levels A and AA, on every page.
- By hand: keyboard only.
- Not done yet: a screen reader check.
