Privacy policy: the UmmCut waitlist

Who we are

UmmCut is a service of Itai Sabi (Itai Mitztalmim Productions), VAT-registered sole proprietor 301387619, 122 Tel Teomim, 1091800, Israel.

When you join the list, we keep only:

Your email address.
"What describes you best", if you picked one. It is optional.
The page language, and which post or ad brought you (for example "p1"). We set that tag ourselves and collect nothing else about it.
Whether you ticked "early access", and what you wrote in "What would you like edited" (up to 300 characters). Both are optional. Please don't put personal details in that field.
What matters to you in the reel, if you ticked anything (for example colors, a logo or an intro), what you wrote under "anything else" (up to 200 characters), and the link to your website or Instagram, if you left one. We use the link only to see your business's colors and logo. All of these are optional.
Your consent itself: the wording you ticked, when, and which version of this policy was current then.
If you confirmed by email: the time you confirmed.

What we don't keep:

We don't store IP addresses.
To block automated sign-ups, we keep a one-way keyed code of the address (HMAC with a secret key). The address cannot be recovered from it, and it is deleted after 48 hours.
The site has no cookies, no ad pixel and no tracking script.
If you came from a TikTok ad: when you sign up, our server tells TikTok only that a sign-up came from that click. It sends the click id TikTok itself added to the address (ttclid), without your email, your IP address or anything else. That is how we know whether the ad works.

What reaches us: only what you filled in: your email address and, if you answered, what describes you best. Also the consent you ticked, and which ad you came from.
TikTok: the form itself is TikTok's, and TikTok keeps what you filled in under its own privacy policy.
With us: we move the details into our list. From there everything works as with a sign-up on the site, removal included.

To email you when the service opens, with the launch price.
To send occasional updates and offers. Each one carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

The basis: the consent you gave by ticking the box. If you did not tick it, nothing is stored.

We don't sell your address or pass it on to anyone for marketing. These providers hold data on our behalf only:

Cloudflare: the site and the database. Its servers may be outside Israel.
Google (Gmail): email you send to hello@ummcut.app passes through Cloudflare to our Gmail inbox.
TikTok: only if you signed up in a form inside an ad, or came from an ad (see above).
Telegram: an internal message to us for each new sign-up. Never the full address: only its first letter and domain (for example a@gmail.com), the source, the type and what you ticked for the reel. *Not the link and not what you wrote.
Sending emails: no service has been chosen yet. When one is, we will add it here before the first email.

Until you remove yourself.
And in any case no more than 24 months after you sign up, unless you order.
After removal, the address is erased, together with what you wrote, what you ticked for the reel and the link.

Leave the list: any time.
- From any email: use its unsubscribe link.
- Without an email: use the "Leave the list" page on the site. It erases the address at once.
Access and correction: you can ask to see and correct your data. Write to hello@ummcut.app, and we reply within 30 days.
Complaints: you can also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

If we change this policy: we update the date below. Your consent is stored with the version that was current when you signed up.
